Scarecrow Competition submit entries by 15th June

The Parish Council are delighted to announce the return of the Scarecrow Competition which is open to all Goostrey residents.
Build a scarecrow of an historical character, either real or imaginary and position it in your garden. Your scarecrow should be on display throughout the whole of June.
Winner to be announced on Rose Day 29th June, 2013.

The Goostrey Archive Group presents a "Treasure Hunt"- entries by 22nd June

As part of our Summer Events 2013, the Goostrey Archive Group have created a "Treasure Hunt".
All you need to do is identify the pictures and answer the questions correctly and your entry will be entered in the prize draw.
Winner to be announced on Rose Day 29th June 2013.

Goostrey Parish Council Meeting

The next meeting of the Parish Council will take place on 9th July 2013, at 7.30pm at the Village Hall.
A copy of the agenda will be posted the Thursday prior to the meeting.
The meeting will be preceeded by the Planning Meeting at 7.00pm.
